This is the fish oil DHA product that finally after 2 years brought my husband's cholesterol and triglycerides levels down to normal without changing our already healthy diet. He was also diagnosed with idiopathic cardimyopathy 2 1/2 years ago. His triglycerides had been out of control. Now his heart is normal again and his triglycerides are at 163. I did a lot of research on fish oil products before buying these and quickly discovered that the DHA in fish oil from cold water fish is most important for cardiovascular health. While EPA is important, sufficient amounts of EPA can be otained in other foods such as vegetables. For the past 8 years out diet has consisted of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, no beef, no pork, wild caught fish, small amounts of fat free dairy and very few eggs...so diet was not my husband's problem. This product has saved his health. I hope they never stop making it. I only wish they sold bigger bottles.
