I really love Nordic Naturals DHA. I take it along with a prenatal vitamin. The flavor is very pleasant, it smells like actual strawberries. The pill size is also smaller, which I like. My doctor recommended Nordic Naturals, it's the only fish oil I take. Have also taken the Nordic Omega 3, but the DHA is more appropriate for me at this phase of my life.

I found out that I have conditions indicating of low omega 3 (mood issues, balance issues, splitting nails, etc). Within a few weeks these issues were greatly lessened by taking one omega three tablet a day -- about half the dose recommended on the bottle. I actually like and eat fish, flax seed, and nuts so didn't need a full dose daily. I tried several brands and sizes but this size was, by far, the best and most pleasant for daily use. I think this brand is a bit on the pricy side, but for my situation, worth it. Also, by buying the big bottle of these from drugstore.com, I was able to save a few dollars -- enough for a gallon of gas anyway. ;-)

I'm taking this fish oil while I'm pregnant and so happy it comes in a strawberry flavor! I can't taste it going down. If I have a reflex from the prenatal vitamins, B12, iron, and the fish oil, I taste strawberries. The fish oil supplements go down smoothly though. I would highly recommend this brand
