This is the first DHA supplement I used and it's the best. I've tried others that really do have a fishy aftertaste, or give you burps. Wasted money only to return to this product. I can take two gel caps in the morning on an empty stomach with no problems. I highly recommend this product.

For many years, my doctors had recommended that I take Fish Oil supplements since I do like seafood of any kind. Every time I'd try one, I'd get the fishy-burps and this awful aftertaste in my mouth. My sister gave me a bottle of this brand with the Strawberry flavor, and it is great. It has been such an amazing help to my overall brain health, especially with my memory. Also, I no longer have any "brain fog."

For me, personally, this is a wonderful product! My memory has improved 100-fold for me since I began taking it. I can only speak for myself, but I will order this again and again. I have tried other fish oil products, but this is the first and only one I have found that does not give me the "fishy burps."

Take 1 in AM and 1 at night. Eating fish is better, but today, fish come with their own contamination issues.

[...] My eye doctor keep at me to use Omega 3 for my eyes. Then I also found out it helps to prevent strokes. I also found out that people who are depressed, are sometimes low on DHA/Omega 3. I can't take those horse pills, (1000 mg of fish oil, or flax) but these strawberry flavored Nordic Natural DHA soft gells are 1/3 the size and can easily swallow them. They have made a big difference. I'm not as stiff, and my memory is getting better. Have more energy too! Not in a blue mood any longer. Went from feeling like a 2hp push lawn mower, to a top fuel dragster! Have more varoom now! I'm going to buy some for all my friends!

My privious joint pain went away. I tried to switch to an alternate brand of Omega 3 and noticed my joint pain returning. I switched back and my joint pain, once again, was gone.
