Nordic is always rated the safest fish oil to use. I have complete trust that I am using the best fish oil on the market and would not take a chance with any other brand.
My perception is that Nordic Naturals in top of the line in fish oil products and I've been using their products happily for years. They're important to take during pregnancy and while breastfeeding and I (and my midwife) think they really help prevent minor post partum depression.Unfortunately, when I opened the bottle, all the capsules were stuck together in one huge glob and I've had to carefully pry them apart, one by one, trying not to puncture the capsules. Don't know if this is a problem with Nordic Naturals, Drugstore.com or UPS, but my fish oil capsules arrived stuck together in one big clump, as if they had been left in the heat for too long. I picked them up immedately when they were placed on my porch, so I know that wasn't the point of failure.
