While my elderly father is willing and able to swallow vitamins, Omega 3's were giving him difficulty. We tried several different brands, but he couldn't comfortably swallow any of them. He swallows this liquid form easily, and doesn't mind the taste at all. This company was recommended to me by several friends knowledgable about vitamins so I trust the quality is excellent. Also, thrilled that it is combined with the very important vitamin d.
