Nordic Naturals Pet Cod Liver Oil for dogs and cats is an exceptional quality cod liver oil derived exclusively from wild Arctic Cod. Important omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, support healthy skin, coat, joints, heart, and the development and maintenance of the brain and eyes. All natural vitamins A and D support vision, immune function, and healthy bones.

Nordic Naturals products are distilled for purity, and exceed all international standards for purity and freshness (Norwegian Medicinal and European Parmacopoeis*). In accordance with these strict regularity standards and limits, there are no heavy metals, dioxins or PCBs detected.

I mix it in my dog's food. They LOVE the taste. Only need a little...Directions on bottle. Packaged well for effectiveness of product.

One of several things used together for pain management resulting from advanced Lyme disease in an older collie. Others were high quality glucosamine, chinese herbs, raw food diet, tramadol and acupuncture. He didn't much like the glucosomine or tramadol and hated the chinese herbs, but the fish oil could be poured on his food with no problem.
