I gave it to my 92-year-old mother (who hates fish), and it's been helping her, as well. It's a great way to get many of the benefits of fish without eating fish. My mother says (and I agree with her) --- the only aftertaste she gets is lemon-y. She took all of the first small bottle I gave her and wanted an additional order. I highly recommend this product. And i take some comfort from the third party testing. But the truth is, who really knows for certain what is in any supplement, since there's no FDA regulation? So it is a bit of a crapp shoot. I believe this product needs to be taken for approximately 6 months to see results. I use it to ease arthritic joint pain and also cholesterol in check.
