I gave it to my 92-year-old mother (who hates fish), and it's been helping her, as well. It's a great way to get many of the benefits of fish without eating fish. My mother says (and I agree with her) --- the only aftertaste she gets is lemon-y. She took all of the first small bottle I gave her and wanted an additional order. I highly recommend this product. I could tell a difference within a week to 10 days. Even though the fish oil is large, they are very easy to swallow. Thank you! I also see an improvement in my mobility when I exercise. I tbelieve it is because of the fish oil. No aftertaste or fish burps.I like this product very much.
