I am using this Lemon Omega every day as directed. I first got it because I am recovering from knee surgery and a friend who also had recent surgery said this product helped to decrease inflamation. After a month I am sold. Not only is my knee improving (and I am using less NSAIDS) but my skin and hair look FANTASTIC! Yes this is expensive however I think it is a good investment. I have not seen an Omega that is an equal or higher potency or one that is easier to take.
