I did not like the shaving gel inserts but that was just a personal preference. I was saddened for a while when all of a sudden one day local retailers just stopped dealing the cartridges. I went to the Norelco site & they wanted [$] the amount of money Drugstore.Com sold these for. I am very pleased with my purchase & hope to do lots of buisness with them in the future. If you have the older version of this razor like me then this is the place to get your refills & replacement parts.
