I had to have a new one shipped to me as the first one stopped working after using it for one week. No problems with this new one. My sister liked it so well that I bought her and her husband one for Christmas. I would recommend this for everyone. It is accurate and has memory. Trust me the memory really comes in handy. I can go back and check my blood pressure for previous days. Its small and compact. Excellent product.
