I have been on oxygen since 1995. A huge problem with continued oxygen therapy is an extremely dry nose and nose-bleeds. Nose-Better was recommended to me by my original Pulmonologist (he's since retired). I have used this product every day for all those years and it really helps. There is also a mist but I prefer the gel. It has a mentholatum smell (which I like). It is water soluable which is a plus. This is a must have in my medicine cabinet. Price here is great and the delivery service is really fast.

I have tried going without this product because of its cost. But nothing relieves my nasal passage problems as well. The menthol even penetrates to open swollen sinus areas. It is the only thing that allows me to breath through my nose while lying down when allergies are bad. I have tried many, many other products and remedies without similar results. It seriously improves my quality of life.

A good gel to help ease soreness/rawness in the noistrils. Gel also contains an aromatic that helps open stuffy noses. Effectiveness doesn't seem to last long, however it does seem to promote healing of the affected area.
