For Nosebleeds (Use on minor external wounds,only in lower part of nasal cavity)
Warnings
For external use only. Do not apply NosebleedQR™ powder in the posterior nasal cavity. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale or ingest. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact should occur, thoroughly rinse eyes with water. Seek immediate medical attention. if any irritation persists. Discard if the dispenser is damaged, opened or if the powder has clumped and does not flow freely. Use by the expiration date listed on the package. Discard unused contents after use. NosebleedQR™ powder is guaranteed to work only if it is has not been left exposed to air or humidity.
When I saw the description there are 2 applicators included I thought this is expensive (over $3) for one application. But I tried it anyway because my son has nose bleed all the time. One night he started a dripping nose bleed while sleeping, and that was the first time I used it. I read the instructions and open the applicator (looks like Q-tip), dip it in the brown powder, then apply into his nostrils. Followed instruction to apply pressure to nose for 30 seconds. The dripping stopped. I sticked a little tissue inside his nostril and still came out red. So I use the other applicator to apply it one more time. Then his nose bleed stopped. Normally without this it may take 20 minutes for an ice pack to stop the bleeding. I am glad I bought this. I used 1/4 of the total powder so I estimate one box will give me 4 tiimes of use for a heavy nose bleed. Since they only provide 2 applicators I stored a few Q-tips inside the box for next time.
My kids get a lot of bloody noses and Nosebleed QR is very effective. However, because it is expensive we try to save it for those stubborn nosebleeds or when they happen at an extremely inconvient time. Nosebleed QR works very fast!

Pros-Excellent product, very effective. I used to get nose bleeds seasonally and once they started, I never knew when the next one would come... driving, at work, sleeping. It's rare to get two nosebleeds in a week with using QR.The instructions are important- read them. Cons-Application burns for a few seconds, and it is difficult not to inhale a little which is unpleasant. These issues may make this product hard on children.Also, there are only two applications in the box, so you might want to buy a few at a time. The per-application price is pretty high compared to band-aids and aspirin, but they do work. [...] Drugstore.com is the only discounted source I can find.
I have HHT. I get bad nose bleeds. I have the blood vessel cauterized on ayearly basis. This product works immediately. the only drawback is the packanging of the powder. It should be in a holder that prevents spillage. Its costly , but it works. I just don't like the packaging.
