These work fine and are easy to install in the Snotsucker that they are meant to compliment, but there is really no need to buy them--let alone 20 of them--since the one the Snotsucker comes with works just fine. The only reason I had to break down and buy the 20-pack was because my husband was trying to be helpful and took the entire gadget apart to clean it, and then he of course lost the filter that came with the contraption. Considering I'll likely ever only use one of the 20 in this package, I'm not sure it's a great value, but the filters work and I'm happy with the end result.
