Cooking directions: 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt if desired. 2. Add Notta Pasta to boiling water, stir well to separate noodles. 3. Return to boil. Cook uncovered for 3-5 minutes, until firm but tender (al dente). Do not over cook. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. Serve immediately with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy.
