Recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and have searched for a GF/low fat/high fiber snack bar that tastes goods - have been thrilled to find these bars! They are delicious!!

One ingrediant I can not stand is high frutose corn syrup which is found in many fig bar brands. I do eat Newman's Own brand which I like but in some areas to where I travel for competition it is not easy to find and they do not always travel as well as I would like. I decided to give these a try. I like them more than the brown rice bars I normally eat pre-race and being individually wrapped they travel well. I very much enjoy the strawberry flavor. I can not say I notice a big energy boost but I don't notice a drain which is common for me after eating cheaper quality foods. I have had no issues with sour stomach during intense cardio work after eating a NOW bar so that makes it a keeper for me.

I thought that this was had delicious flavor, especially for how healthy it is. They are great for snacks, or breakfast on the go.

With just 150 calories, 3 grams fat but 4 grams fiber, this is a great snack. As good as a traditional newton or fruit bar but also low sugar. With a few chunks of real fruit inside and an oatmeal cookie-like texture outside, this is one of my new favorite snacks!

The Strawberry bar was very flavorful for being an all natural, gluten free bar. Usually the netwon/fruit bars tend to be very dry and crumbly, this one was not at all. A perfect afternoon snack when you're craving something sweet and filling.
