I got this product for my man. He has thinning hair and wanted something more natural than harsher products for hair growth. Although, it wont grow out your hair, it will help thicken it up (give it some volume). My man notices the difference and he likes how he feels after taking this pill. I take this product daily. The capsule is larger than the previous product that I was taking of another brand, but it is still easy to swallow.
