This product works! That's all I can say. I won't be without it. Also the delivery has always been prompt and I am a very satisfied customer. Pros

Comments about NOW Foods D-Mannose Powder, 3 oz: Waiting for a doctors appt while in pain, then taking their expensive prescriptions that take sometimes days to show results, and they come with a set of side effects that are extremely undesirable. Mix this powder with water and drink it at the first sign of a UTI. The pain is gone almost instantly and the UTI is gone in a few days. Won't live without this stuff. Pros

Comments about NOW Foods D-Mannose Powder, 3 oz: I had to give a review on this great product it saved me the pain of multiple Honeymooners UTI infections. I mix it in a shot glass of juice with 1 teaspoon of the powder- twice a day for the first 3 days and goodbye bladder infections!! No more antibiotics for me. Does not taste so great in water so mix it with any juice doesnt have to be non sweetened like it reads. The powder tastes like a sugar sweetner not bad. Pros

Comments about NOW Foods D-Mannose Powder, 3 oz: D-mannose is magnesium as a form of glucose -- it bonds with infection cells and makes them to "slippery" to stick to the urinary tract walls. The capsules are easier for humans to take, but this works great on dogs prone to UTIs and you can just put it in their food. It tastes and looks like confectioners sugar! Same theory but more 'ramped-up' than cranberry. DOES NOT "cure" but great to prevent uti's in those prone to them. Displaying reviews 1-6
