I decided to try this as an alternative to Sambucol as it was less expensive and I liked that it had elderberry, zinc, vitamin C and echinacea. These lozenges are probably 4x larger than Sambucol. They do not dissolve easily and taste horrible. I couldn't even finish the one I tried. I love Sambucol but don't like the price. I think I will have to continue using it though as this was not a good alternative.
Take 1 lozenge daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Allow the lozenge to dissolve in mouth completely. Limit long-term consumption of high levels of Zinc.
