This stuff helped me shed 25 lbs. within five months. It does its job by helping me control my appetite and give me energy boosts everyday. I also go to the gym at least 4 times a week which really helped me lose a lot of weight. This and a gym membership is all you need.

First time to purchase this product from this site. My former supplier failed to ship for four weeks, then said my order had been cancelled, but only after I inquired.
