Comments about NOW Foods L-Arginine, 1000mg, Tablets:
I bought the 1000 mg capsules rather than the 500 mg because I wanted the larger dose. I do not live in a humid area and I kept the product tightly closed, but many of the capsules burst from absorbing too much moisture. Likewise, I put a few in my weekly pill box with a dessicant from another product and they burst from humidity within 2-3 days.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 1 to 3 time daily as needed. Take between meals or at bedtime with a carbohydrate drink to facilitate absorption. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW L-Citruline, P-5-P and AAKG.
