Shake well. As a dietary supplement, For Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals. For Children 4 years and older: take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals.

Refrigerate after opening to preserve flavor.
