I was very low in Vit.D & it was affecting my energy & health. My doctor recommended 5000 units daily, but I didn't want to take that many pills. So I found this liquid form on drugstore.com & found that it is tasteless, cheap, & very easy to use. (I just put a dropper full in my cereal or drink every morning.) My D level started climbing within 3 months & is now normal. My doctor was so impressed that she has recommended it to another patient.

Deliveries from drugstore.com are always fast & convenient, and in good condition. (Once a lid came loose on a lotion bottle & drugstore.com replaced the product quickly without any argument. I didn't even have to return the original bottle.)

Like this product as it's easy to add to drinks for my kids. I personally like to add it to my water, but it makes it oily when I use a full dropper. Not a taste problem, but just something to note.

This product is almost tasteless, so you can add it to any liquid (I add it to my kids' juice) without a problem. Since taking it we have hardly been sick at all. Highly recommend this product.
