I have been taking magnesium capsules for about two years. Magnesium has been helpful in calming muscles, esp.preventing leg cramps. These softgels are quite firm and I have been taking them for about two weeks and notice that the leg cramps are back. It makes me think these are not dissolving as fully as the capsules. I will probably go back to the capsule form.
