I've been using Melatonin for several years as a natural sleep aid. Occasionally, I have trouble sleeping and this really does the trick. This liquid version acts quicker than the tablets. It doesn't taste bad at all. And the best part is there are no lingering after-effects in the morning or during the day.

My pediatrician suggested that I try melatonin for my son, who has issues with sleep. Unfortunately he also has issues with taking medication, so I was unable to give him melatonin tablets. This product was a godsend. I take it myself as well, when my nerves are frazzled and I can't sleep. It is very quick acting and I am amazed at how well it works!

I bought this for my daughter one time for use with her restless sleep. I overlooked the ingredients when purchasing, and only after i had given it to her i read the label and realized that this product contains 7% GRAIN ALCOHOL!... Please review all active as well as INactive ingredients on everything before purchasing!!

I still wake up often but can go back to sleep more quickly. It's probably just me. For the price it's worth a try!

Delivery was reasonable but, the glass bottle was on the bottom of the box with paper stuffed on top only so the bottle is cracked and leaks. it should have been wrapped in the paper!

This works best for me when taken an hour before bed. I've suffered insomnia since I was a child. I've tried the Melatonin tablets from Now, but didn't have much success. This works AWESOME! I sleep through the whole night without waking. I wish I would've been introduced to this liquid tincture years ago. A++++

Use nightly, apply directly on tongue or under. Does not taste bad at all. Works better than the tablet form. Haven't found any draw backs.

Delivery (as with all my orders) is very prompt. Filled correctly, no back orders. Always arrives in good conition and well packaged.

Only thing odd is the bottle comes unsealed and is not packaged.
