I recently switched to this Krill oil and have been feeling better than when I take other forms of omegas. This is a large pill but very easy to swallow. To me, it tastes like a chocolate easter egg. There is no aftertaste. I'm staying on these for a while.

I have really no other choice but to take these as I'm allergic to fish and fish oil. I've been taking these for almost 2 years now and with no problems. At least none that I know of!!
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgels daily with breakfast. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® CoQ10, Tru-E BioComplex™ and Phosphatidyl Serine.
