I'm a little unique in that I have an auto-immune disease that affects my skin. My Dr. recommended that I begin a B3 supplement in order to remove the toxins from my skin. I found this supplement and have used it continuously for 6 years. I discontinued use of it and 6 months later, my disease returned. I have since added 1,500 mg back to my diet and all is going much better again.

It was suggested to take this along with using Prosacea cream for Rosacea. So far, no side affects and I see an improvement to my skin. I have been using this for about two weeks.
