I took as insturcted in the bottle, but I cannot tell if it was working or not. My thyroid is stll painful and has no energy after I took these suppliements. This is too weak for me to help me with my adrenal isufficiency. I will seek some other priducts which has more strong suppliments that works for thyroid issues.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® 3 times daily. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® B-Complex Vitamins, Magnesium and Phosphatidyl Serine.
