Works on the gaba receptors in the brain the way prescription drugs do, with no side effects and no pharmeceuticals. I definitely feel a positive difference.

With my anxiety disorder, Taurine is a product that I've found to help calm my nerves. Few people are aware of its calming effect. It's also good for many other things, including the heart!

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 or more times daily as needed. Take with juice or water, preferably between meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Magnesium Potassium Aspartate and B-6.

Store in a cool, dry place.
