I've used this consistently on my pregnant belly. I've made it to 38 weeks without a mark! The only con is that my dog thinks it smells like food and tries to lick my belly.

I'm also super lazy about my nighttime skin routine. I use it to remove my makeup with a tissue, then rub any excess into my skin as moisturizer. Off to bed in about 1 minute with clean and soft skin.

This oil has awful smell and taste. Smells like burned tire. I'm totally disappointed with it. Do not recommend to buy it.

I use it as a hot oil hair treatment, once a week or two weeks. Excellent for dry scalp.

I had bought a jar of organic coconut oil from the grocery store, this jar far surpassed that one, this one is easier to get into, and the solid-like state turns into oil very quickly in my hands, the previous one did not. I use this as a skin moisturizer, I also had stretch marks on my bottom that are not as noticeable (they will never fully go away w/o surgery), they are closer to the color of my skin, not as deep nor as wide, this stuff is awesome and smells great too.

**When having a breakout, applying to affected area speeds cycle and helps clear the blemish faster than without treatment.
**When applied to cuts/scrapes, helps protect during healing, has anit-bacterial/anti-microbial properties to keep clean, helps prevent scarring
**Applied to hair/scalp offers moisture, for me seems to increase strength and condition, though I don't use it on my hair as often as skin, so don't know enough about effects to reccommend for this use.
**great for cooking, have used to sautee onions/mushrooms, put on steamed veggies in place of butter. Fried eggs in it. Haven't baked with it yet, but expecting excellent results. nice light, slightly sweet flavor. Very nice.

My boyfriend and I use this and have been very happy with results we have had, he loves eating it, I love using it on my skin, though we both do both those things. It instantly helps treat dry patches he has on his shins. We both used up on 20oz jar, so I purchased us each our own this time around. This is the absolute BEST price on the web that I have found! You guys might think I'm crazy but I use this on my hair. I have thinning hair and have researched all kinds of products to try and address this problem. I prefer using all natural products since chemical laden products tend to exacerbate most health issues.

I found a lot of recommendations for using coconut oil as a scalp treatment to slow thinning hair and even to regrow hair. I haven't used it long enough to say it has helped regrow hair but it has definitely slowed the thinning. I used to lose hand fulls of hair every time I shampooed but after just a few treatments I'm losing a fraction of the amount of hair as before. And I don't just use it on my scalp. I actually put it on all my hair and it has helped my hair feel thicker too.

To use: Just apply with your hands to dry hair and scalp and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Then shampoo and condition as usual. I do this 2-3 times per week.

This is by far the best smelling coconut oil I've ever purchased. I use it primarily for hair and skin as moisturizer. My family of 3 uses the 20oz/month & it has worked well for all of us. One word of caution is that if you use it for hair, you may want to alternate w/olive oil as it has hardened hair w/ extensive use(even in summer). Also if you do intend to use it in the winter beware that coconut solidifies in colder weather.

I ususally use coconut oil on baked sweet potatoes. I couldn't even swallow one bite of it with this product on it!!
