Fall and winter have always been hard for me as my mood and energy levels go down. Ever since I started taking Vitamin D3 (about 3 weeks ago) I have felt a world of a difference in my energy level, which is a mood driver as well. My health care professional recommended I take 5,000 IU but I was a concerned about possible side effects so I started with 2,000 IU (I get 1000 IU) from my multivitamins.
