Comments about NOW Foods Vitamin D-3, 400 IU, Softgels, 180 ea:

My husband has Parkinson's Disease. This means he takes lots of meds and supplements several times each day. When manufacturers make tablets larger than necessary, I sometimes have to look for new options because I can't get all the pills required into the pill sorter for that time slot and close the lid. Strangely enough, NOW makes a Ubiquinol tablet that is smaller than others at the same strength. I will definitely continue to buy NOW Ubiquinol, but their D3 is larger than Thompson's D3 and I need the space.

Comments about NOW Foods Vitamin D-3, 400 IU, Softgels, 180 ea:

Pretty simple, I just take 3 per day. They say you need more than 100% your daily value even if you get sun now and then. You can actually get Vit D levels tested but I've not heard of anyone needing to do so. S*cks...but you just can't trust you are getting the right amount of nutrience out of the food we buy today in our grocery stores.
