I have used it each time I shave (which is about 3x a week, for my legs at least) and I have not been able to notice any difference in the rate at which it grows back. I shave just as often. I usually look for cans that do not do that. Now I have to stack it on top of another product so it does not leave a stain. The product and price do not outweigh this con, at least for me. There are a lot of other similar products that do not leave the rust stain. I will not buy this brand again.  Pros

It definitely does not help to minimize hair growth though. I have been shaving the same amount if not more than with my last shave gel. I have dark hair on my legs & get "5:00 shadow." This product has slowed the hair growth on my legs. I can skip a day of shaving my legs & feel confident they will be smooth. It takes a couple of weeks for the best results but it WORKS! Pros
