To prevent bursting, do not shake Seal 'n Go Breast Milk Storage Bag filled with hot liquid; do not heat in microwave, electric bottle warmer or sterilizer. Failure to follow these instructions may cause bag to burst, resulting in injury. Do not allow baby to take bottle to bed or self feed for long periods. Milk, juice or other sweet liquids may cause severe tooth decay.

I was using the Gerber name brand (although I'm pretty sure that one owns the other) and switched to the NUK brand because they were cheaper on Drugstore.com. They are usually $15 at Babies 'R Us and were less than $10 here. When I received my package days before it was scheduled to arrive, I opened it to find that the individual boxes had an extra 5 breastmilk bags. So I received 50 instead of 45 for no additional charge. The product seems to be doing well, but are much thicker than the Gerber brand, which I see as an advantage. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I haven't used the product long enough to know if it's free of flaws. Hope this helps!
Seal N Go Breast Milk Storage Bags are pre-sterilized, do not wash before use.
To Fill for Breast Milk Storage: Put date on bag before filling. Open "zipper" by placing thumbs below perforations close to "zipper", then pull apart. Do not remove tabs. Pour breast milk into bag, then reseal for storage.
To Use with a Reusable Nurser: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator or counter top. When thawed, open liner by placing thumbs below perforations close to "zipper" then pull apart, and pour contents into a reusable bottle. Dispose of bag. To heat, place nurser under hot running water or in container of heated water and warm to feeding temperature.
To Use with a Disposable Nurser System: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator or counter top. when thawed, insert sealed liner into bottle holder. Open liner by placing thumbs below perforations close to "zipper" then pull apart and stretch outward pulling down over holder until the zipper is just below the "threads". Assemble collar and nipple tightly to holder. Remove and dispose of tabs. To heat, place under hot running water or in container of heated water; warm to feeding temperature. Do not place Seal 'n Go Breast Milk Storage Bag in microwave oven. Always check milk temperature before feeding. Always safely discard Seal 'n Go Breast Milk Storage Bag and tabs.
