you just brush on your nails and then rub in until dry twice daily.....it's like an oil. there's no smell, and it works well.

Hello, my name is Ryanne and I am a nail biter, and I've been a nail biter all my life. Although I have gotten considerably better at controlling this HORRIBLE habit, I would always bite my nails when they'd break, and they'd break often. I decided to try this product because as long as my nails are looking pretty my urge to bite them off decreases dramatically. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I've been using it for a week now and my nails are sooooo much stronger! I use this anytime I think about biting my nails, so hopefully my nail biting habit will finally be die! I'm a guitarist who plays mostly finger-style. I tried a variety of fingerpicks, but none replaced the feel of my own fingernails... but since I also do a fair amount of "rough work," my fingernails would routinely tear. I have not kept to a regular schedule in applying this product, but after just a few applications my nails are considerably stronger already. I'll definitely be recommending this to other guitarists!

After reading the reviews and contemplating buying a VERY expensive nail treatment from a "tv shopping network," I decided to give it a try...so far, so good. This product has strengthed my nails and provided breaking control. My nails are always short and I don't believe they will ever be long, rock hard and manicure gorgeous. Product works realisticly.

I just started using this product and decided to write a review. For the most part I read the reviews written by others and I might try it. I always had weak nails that no matter how hard I tried they would split. This product worked. I am still in the beginning phases but so far I have noticed that my nails are stronger, a whiter color to them, and they are growing without problems unlike before. I am pleased.
