I used the 5 to 7 day calcium growth formula in the past but got this at a drugstore when I ran out and couldn't wait to order online. They only had the naturals type so I tried it. I would describe myself as a habitual nail biter. My nails were so short before I started using this product that I couldn't even bite them anymore. Well, since we were about to ring in the New Year I decided to stop eating my fingernails like they were a tasty treat! lol
