After trying numerous products - including the Nutraplus lotion (which I thought was horrible), I tried this cream. My skin was finally able to go through 24 hours of the dry and freezing northeast winter without scaling and peeling out. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? My normal cleansing & moisturizing routine no longer was the best for me. I use Boots Sensitive Scrub & This to moisturize. After 3 days my skin was smooth & acne free. I am currently not using Retin A just these two products and my skin is still smooth and soft and acne free. Let's see if this continues! I thought the liquid dispenser would be more convenient, but it does not work as well and the nozzle clogs up, so I have sent the liquid flying all over the room. I believe the key ingredient is 10% urea. I've tried other brands containing urea, but this one is the best. NOTE: Use sparingly, a little bit covers a lot of skin.
