I have taken Green Coffee Bean Extra capsules in the past but never this brand. Aside from giving me energy, I noticed that when taking them, small sores that I had healed much faster. With this brand of GCBE, I was suspicious from the moment I opened the first bottle because the casules contained a white powder. Previous brands I have taken contained a brown/tan color powder. I chose to take them anyway. I took them daily until 3/4 of the first bottle was gone. (I purchased two bottles) During that time, I never felt any extra energy as I had before, nor did I experience any faster healing. Today, I decided to do some research and that led me to open one of the casules and taste the poweder. It had no taste at all and my research told me that it should have tasted very bitter. After doing more research, I found consumerlab.com. According to the testing they did on this product, it is a fake. I have no idea what I've been taking for the past several weeks.

Green Coffee Bean Extract does work, but I've learned the hard way that you need to make sure you're getting the real thing. I do not recommend this product at all.

I've been taking this product for about three months now. I haven't seen any results. I will no longer spend my money on this product.

In truth, not sure why the cons are complaining. It is not a miracle worker all at once. However after two weeks my stomach was gone and I felt tightness. My appetite did change, I ate less each day, and the more water I drake the smaller in inches I became. I know when trying to loose weight we want immediate actions when in truth weight gain was not immediate so don't look for that. I changed my diet and ate more fruits and vegetables, less dairy, a lot more water, and chicken and fish. My frustration was not ordering enough at first but I was happy with the results. My clothes fit looser. I went from 174 to 166 in 3 weeks, give or take a few pounds in water weight I never count.

The product states it would boost metabolism, and curb appetite.. I got neither.. took the product as recommended for a month. felt no difference, and didnt lose a single pound

Have no idea why the questions that don't pertain to this product. ? Beauty routine? Similar products? Oh well. The green coffee bean does curb appetite. I don't seem to want sweets as much. Have only been taking them a couple weeks or less so no real progress to report.

I took these exactly as directed and no extra energy or loss of appetite. Used for a week which should have been enough time to take effect.
I guess I'll keep trying...won't use the brand Dr. Oz touts because their customer service is horrible and unresponsive!

2 tablets a day, one 30 min before lunch with water and one 30 min before dinner with water. Tastes a little funky, but no lingering aftertaste. Product works, appetite curbed and have lost 5.4 lbs in 9 days, starting weight 178.6 and current 173.2.
