These are great tasting gummies with a potent pop of B vitamins. I have to hide them from my teenage son, or he'd eat them all in one sitting because they are so yummy! Once daily dosage means they are very easy to use, too. The only thing I'd chalk up as a "con" is that they contain gelatin, but that is just our personal family issue - we don't like to use gelatin if we can avoid it - it's a non-issue for most folks.

Nice source of energy, tasty, and helps me grow healthier, shinier hair. Take one a day and you'll feel the effects within a hour and the energy lasts for about 5hrs so it's a nice pick me up vitamin in the afternoon. Tastes almost exactly like any regular natural gummy so I like to take it with a handful of regular gummies to avoid the urge to eat half the bottle.
