I have trouble swallowing most multi-vitamins because of their size. I also tire of taking pills. These solve both problems, so I find it easy and enjoyable to take them every day.

I can't recommend these vitamins enough! They are a good, all-around multivitamin with a nice mix of vitamins and minerals. They are flavored with natural flavors and they are the best tasting vitamins I've ever had. It's a pleasure to take them every day & I don't forget to take my vitamins anymore. I also love that they are gummy vitamins that are chewed because most vitamin pills are way too big for me to swallow.
