I bought these because I wanted to get more Omega-3's in my diet. I was surprised at how good they tasted - especially considering they actually contain fish oil in them. However, the amount of fish oil seems somewhat low, so the amount of Omega-3's is fairly low too. I've since found Coromega's Omega-3 Squeeze Packets and those work better if you're more concerned about the amount of milligrams. However, they're also more expensive, so you have to take that into consideration. I've shared these with friends and some thought they were pretty good while others felt the way the negative reviewer felt (fishy taste), so I guess it depends on each individual. If you're not too concerned about high levels of Omega-3's (or if you're just trying to get your kids to get some in their diet), then these might be great for you. =) VitaFusion also sells similar Omega-3 gummies, but I have yet to try them.

I take these every day and I don't find them to taste bad or smell bad. When you first open them you can tell it is fish oil but it is no where near as bad as a spoonfull of cod liver oil. I think they taste pretty good.

The Nutrition Now brand is great! I use many of their other gummy vitamins, so I thought I'd give this one a try. I had to throw the bottle away because the smell & taste is so bad. I know they did the best they could given the fact that the ingredient is fish oil. I can appreciate that it must be difficult to make a fish tasting gummy that anyone can stomach....but this is simply terrible! Pill form for fish oil seems a better choice!
