    These taste delicious! No they don't have iron but that's a good thing because if you have kids around you, these gummies might be too tempting. The last thing you want is a kid to ingest too much iron.

    I wish I could eat more than two a day. Now do I notice an immediate difference? Not yet. My nails are a little stronger I suppose.

    I love these vitamins! I discovered these through a friend's recommendation. They are perfect if you have a hard time swallowing the huge pre-natal vitamin pills. They are delicious and so easy to take. The only drawback is the fact that they don't contain calcium so you still need a calcium supplement, which is another big pill. But at least calcium pills aren't making me nauseous like my old pre-natal pills did, so it's totally worth the trade off.
