I begin with water exercise in the morning, then gardening and yard work later in the day. It smells great, and it feals great on my skin. It is non-greasy, and it gives my skin a healthy glow that people comment on. My dermatologist recommended it several years ago, and I've been a user ever since. I've told all my friends about it!
