i have used a few brands of sunscreen and were not too satisfied because they were too greasy,left a white film and made me tan badly which i don't like because i don't like my skin to tan.i already have a tan complexion and more is not good looking on me.it helps my acne scars from getting darker even though it's winter now.i gave it four stars because we are not yet in summer so i cannot tell whether it will protect me from tanning but at least it has helped with my acne scars and that is a big plus for me cos if the scars get darker it is harder to get rid of and takes way longer to fade away.when you put it on it feels abit greasy for a few minutes but dries pretty quickly and best of all it doesn't leave a white film on my face.it smells good too,not like most sunscreens.i really love it and will continue purchasing it and hope it will work for me during the summer heat

My best friend drove 8 hours to visit us. We loaded up and took all 7 of our children to the beach. Our two youngest, we used the Anti-Aging spf 50 on their faces, backs & shoulders because we didn't want them to burn. The others selected to use a different brand spf 15. Well low and behold, the two youngest were the only ones that are burned and have blisters and only on the places we put the lotion. I have since thrown this JUNK out. The vacation is ruined. My best friend has to drive back home with her son in misery. I am suppose to send my son to church camp in two days and don't know if he will be able to go because he is blistered. I will also be out the money it cost for this camp. We were only trying to protect our children from the harmful effects of the sun and this product caused more damage!!! I would NOT use this product on my children ever again and we are going to make sure we tell all of our friends not to use this either.
I bought this sunscreen specifically because the product description states that it is oxybenzone free, however it is not!! Apparently the manufacturer has reformulated the product and the new formula does contain oxybenzone. It also contains retinyl palmitate and olive oil, which are not listed on the ingredients on drugstore.com. If you are looking for a safe sunscreen without oxybenzone and retinyl palmitate, this is not it. Also, the orange creamsicle fragrance smells good for about 5 minutes but then changes to an offensive smell I can't quite describe...
Applied every morning this maintains all day UV protection under normal conditions and keeps my face and hands healthy looking. I am a 67 year old man living at mile high altitude and have been using this product for 15 years on the advice of a dermatolist.
Now, I would give this product a 5/5 if it weren't for the smell. It sort of smells like a fruity cereal, and since I have a sensitive nose, it's kind of irritating. But, it's a really good product, so don't let my review deter you from buying this, since many people actually do like the smell.
So try it out, it's cheap and effective, so why not? But no, I would not buy this again. I will look for a scent-less sunscreen next time.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours. Protect this product from excessive heat and direct sun. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor.
