I purchased this because I love the Ocean Potion Hemp Seed Lotion and my DIL had a bottle OP Ice Relief w/ my granddaughter burned her finger and I noticed how quickly it soothed her. I tend to burn myself quite a bit when I bake, so I decided to order a bottle for myself.
I had no clue that FedEx would deliver so soon. I had just made biscuits, and burned my arm! Any other time, I would have a nasty blister, but this time, I used the OP Ice Relief and it barely turned pink.

Been using this product for years.
If you continue to use product two weeks after sunburn good chance you will not peel.

I use aloe for aftersun and regularly as alternative to body lotion during summers. This product is the BEST AFTERSUN I've used so far (I can say I have tried every Aloe gel that exists). It really reliefs and heals the burn fast (even my boyfriend thought it was amazing on our vacation). But remember, ALOE (in general) ISN'T AS LONG LASTING AS LOTIONS. so IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PEELING USE RICH LOTION AFTER ALOE AND REAPPLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I like banana boat aftersun lotion but any body lotion should do.
If you are like me and like to use aloe everyday, this isn't the best for everyday (it's very thick). then try vaseline brand aloe.

i luv to use this one aft sun. cause i always feel hurt aft come back home. when i find this stuff and use it at first time, i felt so amzing, my skin quickly feel soft and moist...
the bottle is huge, i need 2 find a small bottle to keep some of gels, and take with me when i hang out.
