The only available gel is Ayr which has Aloe Vera as an ingredient. Ocean nasal gel is a pure saline solution. 9 months with no long term help with a dry bloody nostril by using Ayr. 4 weeks with Ocean gel. My sinuses are clear. Pros

Comments about Ocean Ultra Moisturizing Gel, .5 oz: I've used this product for several years & it's a MUST have for chronic sinusitis & those suffering from allergies. Instantly soothes & opens nasal passages to allow nasal breathing through congested nasal passages. I use it EVERY night after using my prescription nose spray. If I forget to use it, I notice right away & have to breathe through my mouth instead. It does not cause any post nasal drip as a normal saline solution would. I apply with a clean q-tip. Using more on area's of the nose that are irritated from nasal bleeding, etc. Try this product & you'll be EXTREMELY PLEASED!! Well worth the price to have a peaceful night sleep! Pros

Within 24 hours the skin began to heal again and the redness was reduced. This is an amazing product I carry in my purse year round.
