Like any shoe insert you cut this out to size and insert into shoe. Up to that point it's like any other insert.

I am not a sweaty person, don't have dirty feet, get pedicures regularly. I buy the products for additional cushion - not a problem with sweat or odor. The product just can't stand up. Once you wear it once it turns into a soggy dirty-looking mess and shrinks to no longer fit the shoe. By the end of the day it has shrunk so much it starts shifting in your shoe. I have thrown so many of these away. They are a total waste of money. Good inserts do exist but avoid these.

i didnt find anything about these insoles that are worth even the [$] that they normally are..i just wouldnt buy them ever again

the product delivery was NOT prompt...
it was WAY over packed with too big of a box and packing pillows ? FOR REALS ????.. paper reduction ring any bells ...
and the cost of shipping was WAY TOO HIGH..
i ended up paying way too much for way too little.. i will not do that again !!!!

I had bought a bunch of odor eaters years ago and finally ran out. Had to buy new ones since the old ones I got worked great. However, these are terrible. They did not help against smell or sweat in the same work shoes I used before, and the top is white so it got all dirty and marked up. These didn't grip as well as my older odor eaters either. Used a pair of these for about a week and then threw them out. No more of these for me.

I agree the other review about having a swimming pool in your shoe by the end of the end. They were AWFUL. You'd think they'd be made with some sort of fabric, but it's almost like some sort of plastic. They did not help my feet breathe at all, but made them sweat like CRAZY. At one point I looked into my shoe to see very obvious areas of sweat pooling in the insert. It's winter right now - not summer in the Sahara!

I actually had to find a trashcan far far away from our office to toss them in because I was so embarrassed. They also got so wet they started buckling and shifting in my shoe. Not to mention the toe bed section is so narrow that you toes overlap on the sides. Very uncomfortable.

I thought this would be a reputable brand with a good product. trust me - don't waste your time.

Yeah, um, I put these in a pair of flats for one day and by the end of the day it was as though I had a swimming pool in my shoes. They seem to do the opposite of what they claim (or I was in Bizarro World that day).

These insoles allow your feet to breathe and therefore your feet sweat a lot less. Less sweat, less smell.

Have been rehabbing from leg surgery and have been walking alot. The heat of the summer had aggravated foot odor.Using these in my shoes reassured me that it was controlled. They are easy to use and comfortable to wear.
