These work great as long as you cut them to the exact size of your shoe. The made it much less stressful on my joints when I ran. Great product.

For some odd reason these are no longer available from either CVS or W***reens. They really do work the very best for work boots and hard shoes that have no breathing space. I almost threw my shoes out. After about 2-3 days of wearing with these in, the small was gone completely. I previously purchased a 30pack of the thin, white and flimsy ones and had to change them out every 5 days.

They made my feet extremely sweaty, even if the odor issue was controlled a it. I wouldn't use this product again. And the insole made my feet slip and slide in addition to making my shoe feel tighter around my feet.

I got these because I had just started working a part time job where I was on my feet for 5 hours and we had to wear black shoes. I wore my most comfortable shoes, but after the first day my feet were throbbing. In addition to the pain I have had problems with my feet sweating and making my shoes stinky so I decided to get these insoles to try and solve both problems--no success. If anything, my feet sweat more than they ever have before with the insoles in, and they did nothing for comfort. And I mean nothing. My feet still hurt just like the first day, and now are even sweatier.

I have a problem with sweaty feet since I am in shoes and walk all day long. With this, it keeps my feet and socks dry (with the help of special socks) and really helped with the odor the sweat was creating in my shoes!
Follow the printed guidelines on the insoles (M for Men, L for Ladies, B for Boys, G for Girls) for an exact comfortable fit. Cut with sharp scissors to your shoe size.
