I love having one of these bars mid morning or midafternoon when my energy is dragging. It keeps me going until lunch or dinner and agrees with my system!

I love Odwalla bars and this bar is no exception. But out of the bunch I've tried, this one was my least favorite. This tasted like cardboard drenched in banana extract; really, the banana taste was overwhelming and reminded me too much of the sweet/almost sour odor of over-ripe bananas. However, this bar has 5 g fiber, 4g protein, 25% of your daily calcium needs, low saturated fat, and other assorted organic goodness. Natural cane juice and rice syrup (and fruits) are used as sweeteners; still, I was surprised to see this had so much (17g) sugar.

I like these for the nutritional value (fiber, organic, etc.) for a quick breakfast.

I have a lot of food allergies, so I can keep these in my bag and know that I have a healthy meal replacement ready if I need it.

Awesome taste. I have given them to 4 people and they all love them! Thicker texture than the strawberry ones. Great!

Great bar - My husband is a real picky eater and had tried all kinds of bars and fell in love with Odwalla, especially Banana Nut and Strawberry Pomegranate - it is not too sweet and packed with flavor. He takes it to the beach when he plays beach handball with his team. We both carry a couple on us wherever we go, even to Prague, CZ!!!!
