we used this quite a bit at baseball games and just outside recreationally at home, and it seems to work ok, but when we went camping in the woods, there were A LOT of mosquitos, and my kids were covered in this stuff, it did nothing for them, so if you are going to be where there are a lot of bugs, especially mosquitos, get the one with more deet and just put it on their clothes, maybe buy this one for exposed skin to be safer and more covered, i don't like to put the ones with higher deet directly on the kids' skin. I like Off products, but next time I think I'll try their clip ons instead.

Used this on the 4th of July! Worked great! The bugs love to bite me and I used this at sunset, only got one bite all night. I sprayed in on exposed skin and on my clothes... apparently missed a small spot and the bugs found it! The scent is very nice, no bug spray smell at all, and only one bite compared to more than I can count before buying this... priceless!

I sprayed this all over legs, arms, and feet and the mosquitos completely ignored it. I was outside for about 10 minutes and had to come back in because of the bites. I have counted over 10 bites on legs and arms. It almost seemed to attract bugs.

We used this outside in FL on the 4th of July while watching fireworks. The kids, my husband and I all came home covered in mosquito bites. Did not seem to repel them at all. At least it smells okay.
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read all directions before using this product. Hold container 6 to 8 inches from skin or clothing and spray with a slow sweeping motion. Do not use as a space spray. Use just enough repellent to cover exposed skin. Avoid overexposure. Frequent reapplication and saturation are unnecessary. Do not keep product on any longer than necessary. After returning indoors, wash treated skin with soap and water. To apply to face: Spray palm of hand and rub on. Do not apply to eyes and mouth and do not apply to the hands of young children. For maximum protection, spread evenly with hand to moisten all exposed skin.
Works on Clothing Too: Spray shirts, pants, socks and hats. Wash treated clothing. Do not apply on or near: acetate, rayon, varnished surfaces including automobiles.
