This one actually works, but will take a full 3 weeks for you to see results. Couple with vitamins and exercise as well as "edging" you will see and feel better results. You definitely need to take 3-4 days between sessions to really notice a more powerful ejaculation. You will notice now more contractions and the most powerful one will actually be the 2nd, not the 1st with Ogoplex. You will continue to emit fluid for at least 45 seconds later as well. Also recommend you eat celery and your amino acids as well as the vitamins listed above. As for exercise, make sure you continue your core work as this will strengthen the area most effected. Remember, Kegel's are not just for women. Do these exercises and you can actually control better when you release. Additionally, by using perpendicular positions instead of missionary you last longer with less friction. Also, pull your partner to you instead of constantly pushing to last more.
